Below are Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD's) for TLC-sponsored group Life, Health, Dental, Flex and 401(k) benefits. An SPD (Summary Plan Description) is an important document which provides detailed explanations of coverage and benefits.

Current TLC employees
If you are a current TLC employee and have recently received a Notice about a new SPD available, or about a benefit you have recently become enrolled in, we encourage you to view or download a copy of the SPD for your records.
Please note that you should select only the SPD's for the benefits you are enrolled in. Also note that there are multiple SPD versions for some benefit plans. Please pay careful attention to the title of each document to be sure you select the correct SPD. Please be aware that you may not be eligible for all the benefits you see below.
To confirm which TLC benefits you are enrolled in, you can look at your benefits enrollment information on-line: just click on http://trucking.tlccompanies.com and log in. Click on "Payroll & Benefits Inquiry" in the "Employees" section, click on "Employee Benefit Summary," and you'll see the TLC benefits you are enrolled in. If you don't have a user name and password, click on "Sign up now." If you still need help, please call the TLC Benefits Department at 800.825.3832.
